Job Summary
Deliver appropriate, timely, and beneficial care for customer-owners while promoting quality and cost-effective health care outcomes within established standards for case management practice and Advance Access principles. Ensure compliance with all job-related employee health screening, immunizations, and procedures prior to employment. Maintain licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alaska and hold Basic Life Support certification. This role supports the Southcentral Foundation's commitment to Alaska Native/American Indian preference in employment and focuses on outpatient services for children and families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- License in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- One (1) year nursing experience or successful completion of the RN Case Manager Training Program at SCF
- Compliance with our Employee Health procedure
- Agreement to comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to first day of employment
- Documentation of completed MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) immunization
- Documentation of completed Varicella (Chicken Pox) immunization
- Documentation of completed Hepatitis B immunization
- Documentation of completed Influenza immunization
- Documentation of completed T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis) immunization
- Documentation of completed Covid-19 vaccine
