Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history while conducting thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding. Accurately monitor and document vital signs, administer physician-ordered medications and treatments, and educate families on care techniques and symptom management. Track and communicate changes in patient condition, keeping detailed clinical notes to reflect progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery and contribute to other supportive duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state you will work in
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (current)
- Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal
