Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history while conducting thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding through the administration of physician-ordered medications and treatments. Accurately monitor vital signs, educate patients on symptom management, and track condition changes to ensure timely responses. Maintain detailed clinical notes and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state you will work in
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (current)
- Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal
