Job Summary
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on current and prior medical history while conducting thorough assessments of physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Deliver attentive, one-on-one support to patients and their families, ensuring comfort, dignity, and understanding through the administration of physician-ordered medications and treatments. Accurately monitor and document vital signs, educate families on symptom management, and track changes in patient condition to ensure timely responses. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain comprehensive care delivery and keep detailed clinical notes reflecting patient progress.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state you will work in
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR certification (current)
- Strong observational and communication skills—both written and verbal
