Job Summary
Provide advice and support to residents and their families while monitoring patients and administering medications and treatments. Chart resident care services in departmental records and adhere to infection-control policies to protect both residents and staff. Resolve resident problems using multidisciplinary team strategies and ensure quality of care by following facility standards. Maintain resident confidentiality and work effectively within a team environment. Requires a current State Registered Nurse RN License and Long-Term Care experience. Located at the Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Rochester, NY.
