Job Summary
Accurately assesses residents' health status on admission and ongoing; develops dynamic care plans through an interdisciplinary approach; documents care plans and interventions (including medications and IVs) and communicates changes to the IDT and residents’ families; identifies nursing interventions and ensures safe, timely delivery of care; utilizes SBARR for physician communication; monitors care plan delivery and uses QAPI for problem resolution; assists with ADLs and resident care, and maintains current nursing knowledge and compliance with Bethesda policies.
Required Qualifications
- Education from an accredited school of nursing resulting in becoming a registered nurse
- Current RN license in the state of employment
- CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain within six months of employment
