Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for 1st shift at Benchmark Senior Living. Responsibilities include accurately assessing, communicating, and documenting residents’ status; directing and supervising daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants; mentoring Lead RCAs; coordinating care with community providers via case management; balancing service demands with resident independence; preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation; responding to emergencies and personal emergency response systems; and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Requires current state RN license and CPR certification, 1-2 years of nursing experience (elderly care desirable). 1st shift with every 3rd weekend; benefits effective day one.
Required Qualifications
