RN Care Manager- Women in Recovery/ Women's Justice Team

Job Summary
Deliver integrated nursing and case management services for individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and medical needs. Conduct nursing assessments, administer medications per provider orders, and provide direct care to clients with serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions. Coordinate nursing care with interdisciplinary teams, support health promotion through education on relapse prevention and wellness, and accompany clients to appointments for advocacy. Monitor client engagement and treatment plan adherence, escalate risks per protocol, and provide crisis intervention. Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, interventions, and coordination activities while participating in quality improvement and utilization review. Engage clients and families in care planning and assist in accessing community resources for stabilization and recovery.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
- ODMHSAS Case Manager II Certification, completed within 60 days of eligibility
- Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
- Minimum of thirty-six (36) months of professional nursing experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment (for ADN-prepared nurses)
- Must be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing
- Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of six (6) months of professional nursing experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment (for BSN-prepared nurses)
