Job Summary
RN Care Manager for Eating Disorders & Weight Management provides nursing care using the nursing process, from initial referral through treatment, and collaborates with psychologists, medical providers, registered dietitians, nursing staff, and social workers. Develops individualized care plans, assesses and communicates results, assists with care coordination across the continuum, identifies patients not meeting goals, and applies population health care management strategies. Works Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends or holidays. Requires RN licensure, BLS, driver’s license, and a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred; required in certain facilities). Sign-on bonus available. May involve autonomy in day-to-day workflow within a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred; required in Fargo and Sioux Falls
- Required in Bismarck or enrolled and starting a Bachelor’s degree program within one year of hire with completion within three years
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Unencumbered RN license (State Board of Nursing) or multistate license if NLC state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum of two years clinical experience preferred
