RN - Cardiovascular Unit - Nights

Monitor and care for patients via virtual and bedside nursing on the mixed cardiac, tele, and neuro/stroke unit. Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and medication reconciliation. Act as a knowledge resource to bedside RNs by answering clinical questions, completing procedure checklists, and performing second nurse sign-offs for meds and skin checks. Document all patient interactions via EPIC. Schedule includes 24 hours per week from 7pm to 7:30am, with rotating holiday tracks. This role supports Endeavor Health's mission to deliver expert care across its eight acute care hospitals, including Elmhurst, serving over 4.2 million residents.
