Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning for cardiovascular stepdown patients during night shifts. Administer medications, manage IV fluids, and coordinate care with the health team while documenting all interventions and physician orders. Provide specialized care for high-risk patients, including pain management, restraint alternatives, and abuse assessment, adhering to infection control protocols. Monitor patient conditions, report changes immediately, and collaborate on performance improvement initiatives. Work rotating weekends and holidays from 7pm to 7am.
