Job Summary
Provide patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room for adult patients undergoing open heart, vascular, and robotic procedures. Coordinate care for Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery cases while supporting both circulating and scrub roles through our comprehensive training program. Evaluate care effectiveness and maintain patient confidentiality consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work evenings with call required at a Level I STEMI and Trauma Center. This role offers a sign-on bonus and access to an ASN to BSN bridging program.
Required Qualifications
- One year of RN experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current Missouri RN license
- BLS certification
- FT, Evenings, Call Required

- OR nurse with experience in a surgical setting
- Interest in cardiovascular and vascular specialties
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
- Team-oriented with strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Interested in expanding skills in both circulating and scrub roles
