Job Summary
Assess comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and provide direct patient care while functioning as a patient advocate. Coordinate patient and family education, continuously evaluate care plans, and collaborate with physician partners and interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment strategies. Communicate changes in patient condition and safety issues to supervisors and physicians in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation aligns with hospital policies and unit guidelines. Requires one-year progressive care experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and a Washington RN license. Located in Kirkland, WA, this 0.9 FTE day shift role offers competitive wages and standard nursing benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
- Minimum of one-year Progressive Care nursing experience
- Current Healthcare Provider BLS- American Heart Association by start date
- Current Healthcare Provider ACLS- American Heart Association by start date
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- PCCN certification is preferred
