RN Cardiovascular & Neurosurgical Care Unit PCU (0.9 FTE, Day) INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY

Assess comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and provide direct patient care while functioning as a patient advocate. Coordinate patient and family education, continuously evaluate care plans, and collaborate with physician partners and interdisciplinary teams to implement treatment strategies. Communicate changes in patient condition and safety issues to supervisors and physicians in a timely manner, ensuring all documentation aligns with hospital policies and unit guidelines. Requires one-year progressive care experience, BLS and ACLS certification, and a Washington RN license.
