Job Summary
Conduct critical care for cardiothoracic, vascular, general, and head/neck surgery patients in the 3E Cardiovascular and Surgical ICU. Manage admissions for CABG, valve repair, vascular stents, cardiogenic shock, STEMI/NSTEMI, and radical neck dissection. Provide direct patient care while maintaining current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, and walk throughout shifts. New grads may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus; experienced nurses eligible for up to $20,000. Apply directly for weekend option availability and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
