RN in Cardiovascular Care Unit (Intermediate) on an 18-bed unit with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio. Responsibilities include initial patient assessment, developing and implementing plans of care, nursing interventions, accurate documentation, maintaining safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Performs post-procedure care, manages cardiac drips, provides discharge teaching, and supports ongoing patient and family education.
