RN – Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU) | High-Acuity Step-Down: Provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Cardiac Telemetry Unit caring for cardiac and complex medical patients (post-op open heart, CHF, vascular). Manage chest tubes, central lines, and multiple drips. 12-hour shifts with day/night options. Active RN license required with BLS & ACLS. Open to new grads and experienced RNs. Growth opportunities toward Charge RN and cardiac specialties.
