RN – Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU) | High-Acuity Step-Down

Monitor complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while managing multiple drips and procedures such as chest tubes and central lines. Provide care for high-acuity patients on a full-time basis with flexible day, night, and 12-hour shift rotations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver advanced clinical skills in a supportive, ICU-adjacent environment. This role offers experienced RNs and new graduates the opportunity to grow within a new cardiac tower with clear pathways into Charge RN and cardiac specialties.
