RN – Cardiac Telemetry Unit (CTU) | High-Acuity Step-Down

Monitor complex cardiac and medical patients, including post-op open-heart, CHF, and vascular cases, while managing multiple drips and caring for individuals with chest tubes and central lines. Provide high-acuity, ICU-adjacent care in a supportive, fast-paced environment and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team. Full-time availability includes days, nights, and 12-hour shifts. This role offers a unique opportunity to build advanced clinical skills within a new cardiac tower, with clear career pathways into Charge RN and cardiac specialties.
