Job Summary
RN Cardiac Telemetry Per Diem Nights — Provide patient care in a cardiac telemetry unit using the nursing process, coordinate and deliver nursing care, and collaborate with patients, families, and health care personnel. Roles defined by department-specific criteria across levels (I–IV). Requires active California RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within six months of hire. Night-shift part-time/per-diem position based at Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresno, CA, with emphasis on effective communication, handling high-stress situations, and teamwork to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the State of California
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card
- Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family, and health care personnel
- Ability to handle varying issues in the midst of any situation and work effectively individually and as a member of a team within a stress producing environment
