RN Cardiac Telemetry

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in cardiac telemetry, coordinating with medical providers to support pre-operative and post-operative nursing needs. Assess patient condition at admission and each shift, perform procedures as ordered, document care in the medical record, administer prescribed medications, and maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used for cardiac and medical-surgical patients. Strong emphasis on patient advocacy, timely documentation, and collaboration to deliver exceptional bedside care.
