Job Summary
Provide direct patient care for cardiac and telemetry patients, monitor cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes in patient condition. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams. Educate patients and families on cardiac health and recovery, and maintain accurate patient documentation. This full-time day shift role (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) covers a 35-bed unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, treating conditions including STEMI, CHF, and post-catheterization recovery. The position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and up to $20/hour weekend premium pay, alongside tuition reimbursement and student loan forgiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Missouri or compact license)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within 30 days)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

- Full-Time (36 hours/week) employment
- Days Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) availability
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in telemetry, cardiac care, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing
