Job Summary
RN - Cardiac Telemetry role, day shift, at Piedmont Augusta Hospital. Provides nursing care to patients across the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating patient care activities with assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes. Requires a nursing program degree, Georgia RN licensure (or NLC/eNCL), and BCLS; ACLS and unit-specific certifications required within defined timeframes depending on specialty (e.g., PALS for pediatrics, chemotherapy/Biotherapy for Infusion/Oncology, NRP for NICU, etc.). Bachelor’s degree preferred; new graduates eligible; sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a nursing program
- Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL Multistate License
- BCLS certification
- ACLS certification (within 180 days for certain specialties)
- PALS/NRP as required by unit specialty (Pediatrics/OB etc)
- Piedmont Augusta Hospital: unit-specific certifications as applicable (see addendum)
