RN Cardiac Tele FT Nights

Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans for acute cardiac patients in a 30-bed unit with a 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Evaluate progress toward expected outcomes, prioritize care per Evidence-Based Practice Standards, and document assessments, medication administration, and treatments consistently. Collaborate with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to manage the unit, delegate tasks to appropriate team members, and serve as a preceptor, charge nurse, or educator. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, practice effective problem identification, and provide compassionate advocacy for patients and families. Work nights from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM on a 3x12 schedule, rotating weekends every third weekend.
