As a RN in the Cardiac Surgical ICU, you will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, advocating for patients and their families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse Diploma
- RN license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of employment
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 30 days of employment
- NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Cardiac Surgical ICU settings
- Strong patient advocacy skills
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must have RN license
- Must complete required certifications within specified timeframes
