Job Summary
RN for Presbyterian Healthcare Services Cardiac Step Down unit. Unit: 38-bed, telemetry-monitoring focused care for cardiovascular disorders including myocardial infarction, arrhythmias, heart failure; patients post-cardiac procedures (PCI, pacemaker, electrophysiology) and 50% regular progressive care-type patients. Welcomes new graduates via Nurse Residency Program with seminars, mentoring, and discharge planning. Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses; educational/career development options; malpractice coverage; loan forgiveness; EPIC charting system. Night shift 12-hour nights; full-time (FTE 0.90) with compensation range $37.80-$51.00 per hour (~$78,624–$106,080 annually). Qualifications include BLS at hire, Associate Degree preferred, NM or Compact-state RN license; tuition/certification reimbursement; wellness program. AA/EOE/VET/DISABLED.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse license in NM or Compact State
