Job Summary
RN - Cardiac Progressive Care nurse role at Providence Swedish Cherry Hill in Kirkland, WA. Full-time, 36-hour weeks with 12-hour shifts. Includes a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. Key duties include assessing, identifying nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care; developing and updating the care plan; monitoring and communicating patient condition; advocating for ethical and holistic care; facilitating learning for patients/families and staff; upholding safety and quality standards; leading and coordinating inter-professional care teams; and practicing to the top of license. Requires WA RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days, and 1 year of nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
