Job Summary
RN - Cardiac Progressive Care position in Swedish Cherry Hill (Providence). Provides specialized nursing care to cardiac patients, assesses and diagnoses, plans and coordinates care, monitors patient condition, and fosters learning and safety. Requires RN licensure in WA, BLS and ACLS upon hire, NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. Full-time role with 12-hour shifts and a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates; benefits start on day one. Collaborative, patient-centered care focused on safety, quality, and professional development within a large Providence system.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
