Job Summary
RN - Cardiac Progressive Care with full-time, 36-hour weeks and 12-hour shifts at Swedish Cherry Hill (Providence). Responsibilities include assessing, identifying appropriate nursing diagnoses, planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient’s plan of care; developing and coordinating care to optimize outcomes and transitions; monitoring and communicating patient condition; maintaining competency; advocating for ethical and holistic care; facilitating learning for patients, families, nursing staff, and students; and leading/coordinating inter-professional teams. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN license on hire, BLS and ACLS on hire, NIH Stroke Scale certificate within 90 days of hire, and 1 year of nursing experience. Notes a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates in addition to benefits. Located in Seattle, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
