RN - Cardiac Progressive Care

RN - Cardiac Progressive Care at Swedish Cherry Hill. Provides specialized nursing care in a cardiac progressive care unit, including assessing and identifying nursing diagnoses, planning and coordinating patient care, monitoring patient condition, and ensuring safe transitions across the care continuum. Responsibilities include advocating for ethical and holistic care, fostering learning for patients and families and the healthcare team, and leading/coordinating inter-professional care. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, Washington RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days of hire, and 1 year of nursing experience.
