Job Summary
RN - Cardiac Progressive Care position at Swedish Cherry Hill (Providence) requiring a registered nurse with graduation from an accredited nursing program and a Washington RN license. The role involves applying specialized nursing knowledge to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; coordinating patient care plans for optimal outcomes across the care continuum; advocating for ethical, holistic care; fostering learning for patients and staff; ensuring safety and quality; engaging in ongoing professional development; and leading and coordinating inter-professional care teams. Requires 12-hour shifts, full-time schedule, and a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates. Minimum qualifications include BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days of hire, and 1 year of nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
