RN - Cardiac Progressive Care

Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, and develop comprehensive care plans for patients in cardiac progressive care to optimize outcomes and transitions. Monitor and communicate patient conditions while advocating for ethical, holistic care that promotes patient autonomy and dignity. Coordinate care with the inter-professional team, delegate appropriately, and integrate evidence-based practices to align with safety and quality standards. Engage in ongoing professional development and foster learning environments for patients, families, and staff. Requires a Washington RN license, one year of experience, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale. Full-time 36-hour weeks with 12-hour shifts at Swedish Cherry Hill.
