Job Summary
The RN will be responsible for preparing and recovering CCL patients, assisting with chest tube pulls, dressing changes, pulling pacer wires, sheath pulls, and purse string pulls. Candidates must possess AHA ACLS and BLS certifications, a current RN license, NIH Stroke Scale Certification, and fulfill annual competency and CEU requirements. This role offers generous benefits starting day one and is part of a high-energy, procedurally driven cardiology unit.
Required Qualifications
- AHA ACLS within 120 days
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 30 days
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state
- NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 120 days
- RN Competency Day annually by transcript due date
- STEMI CEU Hours - 8 per year annually by transcript due date
- Stroke CEU Hours - 4 per year annually by transcript due date
