Deliver direct patient care in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit as an RN. Review patient needs and conditions, develop individualized nursing care plans, administer medications and treatments, reconcile medical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance, evaluate patient response to interventions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
