Job Summary
Conduct continuous cardiac and neurological monitoring in the telemetry unit, interpreting real-time patient data to assess stability and trigger appropriate interventions. Collaborate with the care team to manage acute cardiac events and neurologic changes, ensuring timely escalation and documentation. Maintain accurate patient records and participate in shift handoffs while adhering to strict safety protocols. Requires Washington RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days. Full-time 36-hour weeks with 12-hour shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- One year Nursing experience
