RN Cardiac

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and clinical data review. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team while administering IVs, wound care, medications, and catheterization. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and maintain accurate, timely documentation of interventions and outcomes. Promote patient health, safety, and rights while adhering to the State Nurse Practice Act and organizational standards. Work on a 30-bed Cardiac/Medical unit at St. Anthony North Hospital, a Magnet-designated facility serving patients with chest pain, STEMI, and post-stent care. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
