RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Assess patients and collect health data involving families and providers while coordinating care plans to ensure interventions are safe, timely, and appropriate. Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and individualize patient teaching based on thorough assessments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to evaluate nursing practice effectiveness and maintain current knowledge of standards and regulations. Requires Illinois licensure, a BSN or Associate's degree, ACLS certification, and one year of cath lab experience preferred. Includes mandatory on-call shifts, premium pay for holidays and shifts, and tuition reimbursement.
