RN - Cardiac Care Unit, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with cardiac, vascular, and post-surgical conditions on an intermediate step-down unit. Collect physical and psychosocial data, formulate plans of care, and coordinate activities with ancillary support teams to achieve desired patient outcomes. Provide education to patients and families, communicate concerns to the Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, or physicians, and document all care in patient records. Perform duties within organizational policies while demonstrating independent judgment and professional accountability.
