Job Summary
RN - Call Center role focusing on nursing-centered patient interactions in a call-center setting. Requires strong critical thinking, effective written and verbal communication, decisive judgment, and ability to engage and build credibility with patients and peers. Collaborative across teams and adaptable to various assignments; highly organized with autonomous work ability. Bilingual preferred. At least 3 years of direct patient care nursing experience; 1 year of triage/ED or healthcare phone triage experience preferred. Required Qualifications
