Job Summary
RN - Call Center with a focus on patient-centric nursing support via phone-based triage and coordination. Requires a minimum of 3 years direct patient care nursing experience; 1 year of triage/ED or healthcare phone triage experience preferred. Bilingual optional. Strong written and verbal communication, collaborative teamwork across clinical areas, and the ability to engage with patients and peers while maintaining credibility and trust. Must be able to operate autonomously and adapt to varying assignments within a collaborative healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of direct patient care nursing experience required
- One (1) year of triage/emergency department experience or healthcare phone triage experience preferred
