Job Summary
RN - Call Center role focused on delivering high-quality patient care and clinical triage via phone/inbound channels. Responsibilities include critical thinking, effective communication, decisive judgment, and building trust with peers and patients; collaboration across teams; ability to work autonomously and adapt to various assignments. Requires 3+ years of direct patient care nursing experience; 1 year of triage/ED or healthcare phone triage experience preferred. Bilingual is preferred. Required Qualifications
