Job Summary
Supervise the provision of clinical and non-clinical services and manage clinical operations, personnel, and office functions. Maintain a valid state driver's license, automobile liability insurance, and dependable transportation capable of safe driving in all weather conditions. Hold CPR certification and possess basic technology skills, including mobile device operation. This role requires a registered nurse with state-specific licensure and experience in home health or community nursing, depending on the state. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
- Licensed in the state in which they currently practice, or in accordance with the board of nursing rules for nurse licensure compact for the state in which they practice
- At least two years of nursing experience within the immediately previous 36 months
- One year experience in home health
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the federal, state and local laws and regulatory guidelines that govern the operation of a home care office
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- CPR certification
