Job Summary
Supervise clinical operations of the field staff team and report directly to the Agency Administrator. Review plans of care on a daily basis, applying knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines to problem solve delivery issues. Maintain organization and detail-oriented communication skills both orally and in writing. Requires current Registered Nurse license, minimum one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months, and a driver's license with automobile insurance. Previous management experience and Medicare home health background are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based.
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
- Must have a minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months.
- Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
Desired Qualifications
- Medicare home health experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous management/supervisory experience is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
- Must be organized
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care services
- Must be able to problem solve
- Previous home health and management experience
