Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for malignancies including AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on the nights shift within the new Cellular Therapies team. Utilize the nursing process to deliver full-spectrum clinical trial and research care while prioritizing patient wellness and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Work moderate to high acuity units with support from Clinical Educators for competency validation.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtainment within six months of hire or transfer
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
