Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for malignancies including AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on nights within specialty Acute Care units of moderate to high acuity. Utilize the nursing process to deliver clinical trial and research care with cutting-edge cellular therapies while prioritizing patient wellness and evidence-based practice. Model proficiency by precepting new staff and contribute to multidisciplinary safety and quality initiatives. Requires state RN licensure, six months of nursing experience, and valid BLS and ONS Chemo Bio certifications. Full-time nights shift with a quarterly incentive program. Join a brand new highly specialized Cellular Therapies team at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtainment within six months of hire or transfer
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
