Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for malignancies including AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on nights within specialty Acute Care units. Utilize the nursing process, prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice, and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and support individualized specialty education for competency validation. Work 72 hours per pay period with a quarterly night shift incentive program. Requires RN licensure, six months of nursing experience, and current BLS and ONS Chemo Bio certifications. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtainment within six months of hire or transfer
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
