Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments on adjunctive hemostat device needs, risks, and recommendations for customers including surgeons, nurses, and techs. Educate OR staff on proper techniques to capture real-world utilization data and present continuing education programs to clinical leadership groups. Develop working relationships with surgical leaders while assisting field sales in collecting product utilization and performance data. Perform pilot account assessments, analyze findings, and present implementation recommendations to management. Demonstrate mastery of product application and IFU to drive business upgrades, actively participate in product evaluations, and assist US Marketing in identifying key opinion leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year Bachelor's degree
- Valid RN license in state of residency
- A minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- A minimum of 3 years OR experience
- Strong group presentation skills
- Experience in presenting clinical education and/or surgical leadership/management
- Familiarity with AORN Surgical Smoke Safety Guidelines
- Strong MS Office, Word, Excel skills
- Ability to display decisiveness and an understanding of business acumen in clinical situations
- Must have the ability to work both as a partner with sales, marketing and commercial teammates and autonomously in the field, as needed
- Must be highly organized and self-directed
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours during days, nights and/or weekends as necessary
- Travel is required as part of the position (approx. 75%)
