Job Summary
Coordinate peer review, performance improvement, and patient satisfaction activities by compiling reports, data, and minutes. Provide ongoing written support for medical records, collect vital signs, and screen appointments into the NextGen HER system. Assist patients by linking them to pharmacy assistance programs, applying for pharmaceutical samples, and maintaining the medication room. Cross cover group therapy activities as needed while ensuring strict adherence to patient confidentiality and SCH policies. Requires Bilingual English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English proficiency, current nursing license, and computer skills in Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- BILINGUAL English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English
- Must have computer experience in Power Point, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
- Must compile reports, data, and minutes for Peer Review, Performance Improvement, and Patient Satisfaction
- Must have excellent skills in patient communication and education
- Must be a graduate of an accredited College of Nursing School
- Must have a current nursing license in each state of desired practice
- Annual basic BLS/CPR certification is also required
Desired Qualifications
- Case Management experience preferred
- Previous experience working as an RN is preferred
