Job Summary
Provide patient care for the Adult Psych population across the women's, men's, and medical care sides of the 32-bed Behavioral Health unit. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate care with other departments, and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and accredited nursing degree. Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
