Job Summary
Provide patient care for the Adult Psych population across women's, men's, and medical sides of the 32-bed Behavioral Health unit. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with other departments, and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Ensure patient rights and confidentiality of information are upheld while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and accredited nursing degree. Offers tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, and a clinical ladder for career development.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
