RN-Behavioral Health

RN – Adult Behavioral Health providing direct patient care to behavioral health patients in accordance with facility policies. Completes admitting and shift assessments, uses critical thinking to analyze data and notify physicians of changes, participates in developing and evaluating multidisciplinary treatment plans, documents nursing care in the EHR, ensures patient and environment safety, supervises LPNs and techs, educates patients and families based on assessed needs, and adheres to ANA Ethics in nursing practice while applying existing evidence-based knowledge to age-specific and clinical needs.
